Penn State Smeal MBA Visits & Events
One of the best ways to learn about all that the Penn State Smeal MBA Program has to offer is to meet in person or virtually with current students, faculty, alumni, and admissions staff. Throughout the year, Smeal offers many opportunities to connect with our community on campus, online, and at events around the country. Other Ways to Engage
Join us on campus to learn more about the Smeal MBA and to interact with program faculty, staff, and students. Open House events begin at 8:30 a.m. and normally run through approximately 3 p.m. Seating is limited. RSVP is required, and the event is free for all attendees.
Select candidates will be invited to campus to observe a class, learn more about the Smeal experience, and meet one-on-one with a member of the admissions team. Attendees will also hear from Student and Career Services staff, and explore the MBA curriculum. During these pre-scheduled group-visit dates, candidates will have the opportunity to interact with the entire MBA community including current students, faculty, and staff.
Fall 2017 details are to be determined.
If you cannot make it to one of the scheduled MBA Open House events, we can arrange an individual visit to the campus. We strongly suggest scheduling your visit on a day that you can observe an MBA class session and you have time for lunch or coffee with one of our current students. Contact our office at email@example.com or call us at 814-863-0474 to schedule your visit.
Experience the Penn State Smeal MBA in Philadelphia
The same faculty who teach in the residential Smeal MBA Program at University Park also teach in the Penn State Smeal Executive MBA Program in Philadelphia. If you would like to experience what it's like to be a Smeal MBA, but can't travel to University Park easily, this is a great opportunity to get a feel for the culture and classroom experience, and meet the faculty who serve students in both programs. EMBA classes and open houses are held most Saturdays (with some exceptions) from 9:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Those exploring a full-time MBA are encouraged to attend. For more information or to reserve a seat, contact MBA Admissions Director Stacey Dorang Peeler at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Penn State Smeal MBA Coffee Connections
Connecting Penn State Smeal MBA Alumni with prospective MBA Candidates in a networking/recruiting coffee session.
Would you like to meet a local alumnus of the Penn State Smeal MBA Program to have your questions answered and get a feel for the program? To submit a request to meet with a Smeal graduate, send an email to email@example.com with "Coffee Connections" in the subject line. We will do our best to pair you with a local alumnus of the program who has volunteered to meet and speak with prospective students. If there is not an alumnus available in your city, we will connect you virtually to a current student or graduate.
Webcasts are online audio and visual presentations that offer relevant information quickly. Learn more about b-school, how to apply, and about the Penn State Smeal MBA Program. Webcast recordings are available in for you to view any time at your convenience.
