  • Gain exposure to consulting careers
  • Provide resources for interviews and case competitions
  • Partner with other departments/associations for consulting work

Andrew J. Marshall is the President of the Consulting Association. Born and raised in North Wales, Pennsylvania, he holds a Masters & Bachelors with Honors from Penn State University. Before the Smeal MBA program, he worked in the art world industry and founded his own company, Andrew Marshall Fine Arts., AMFA for short. AMFA provides collectors, emerging artists and arts-oriented small businesses with consulting services related to art valuation, pricing strategies and business model optimization. At Smeal, he is concentrating in Consulting, Finance and Supply Chain Management. In his spare time Andrew practices Judo. Andrew is also the President of the Men as Allies Association.

Hicham Saadean-Raad, VP of Operations/Finance

Hicham Saadean-Raad is the VP of the Consulting Association. Born in Denver, Colorado and raised in Lebanon, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining the Smeal program, he worked in the healthcare industry, manufacturing drugs for cancer patients. Last year, Hicham worked as a manager for a small manufacturing company in Beirut, Lebanon, helping them optimize performance and reduce cost. At Smeal, he is concentrating in Supply Chain Management and Finance. During his free time, Hicham enjoys cooking, traveling, and photography. Hicham is also the VP of the Supply Chain Management Association.
